Oats - Tahini Pancakes

RECIPE


AGE | 9+ months (when egg, tahini have been introduced already - find out more about how to introduce allergenic foods to baby )


INGREDIENTS

1 egg

1/3 ripe banana

1/2 apple peeled

1/3 cup of oats (i used gluten-free, soured, and soaked)

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp tahini

greek yogurt (optional)


PREPARATION

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor

  2. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat and add the ghee or coconut oil. Spoon the mixture into the frying pan (about 1 tbsp per pancake). Fry on both sides until golden brown.

  3. I like using greek yogurt as a dip for my toddler, or you just put some on top of the pancake (optional)
