I carried these foods around when Balbina was a baby and still take some of them with me anytime we leave the house ;). Some are easy to take in a container, add to a smoothie bottle (for purees, smoothies, yogurt), or use reusable pouches. Until today I always take an avocado with me in my bag, freeze leftover pancakes and make bigger portions of overnight oats or chia pudding to keep in the fridge for a few days and take with me in a jar.

These foods are not just great for your baby; I still take many of these snacks with me when we are out with our toddler, especially when I know we are going somewhere she will probably order fries and ice cream ;) I will offer her the snacks before we even get to the restaurant or birthday party, and we will all feel better in the end.

If you have questions about how and when to introduce these foods to your baby and are interested in the recipes. Download my 'FIRST FOODS GUIDE'
