Raspberry Chia Jam

RECIPE
AGE | 6+ months
INGEDIENTS
1 1/2 cups raspberries (frozen or fresh - any other berries work as well)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, honey not before baby is 1 year)
PREPERATION
Heat raspberries in a pan over medium heat, stir occasionally and use a spoon to mash the fruit.
Stir in chia seeds, maple syrup/honey (optional), and lemon juice until combined.
Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 min. (keep in a sealed container for up to 1 week in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer)
